CONSIGNMENT

I understand that items left for consignment at Threads Consignment Inc will be consigned for a minimum period of 60 days. All prices will be set by Threads Consignment Inc and are based on supply and demand. Consignors receive 50% off the final selling price. A handling fee is passed onto the buyer and not split with the consignor. If items are not picked up within the 60 day period I forfeit ownership to Threads Consignment INC. I understand that Threads Consignment Inc will not pull my unsold items for me or notify me and that it is my responsibility to locate my unsold items before my 60 day consignment expires. Consigned items may be showcased on the website/social media of Threads Consignment Inc. It is the consignor's responsibility to collect any money owed to them for goods sold. All consignor payouts/Accounts that are inactive for over one year will be closed and monies will be forfeited. Please come into Threads Consignment Inc to collect your money. Consignor may be required to present identification to collect any money owed. I give permission for Threads Consignment Inc to contact me for matters related to my consignment account and other items of interest. Threads Consignment Inc will make every effort to sell consigned items but makes no guarantee that any items will sell during the contract period. Pricing, markdowns and periodic sales are done at the discretion of Threads Consignment Inc. Consigner is not notified of such decision. Initial:___
Threads Consignment Inc will make every effort to safeguard your items but we are not liable for loss of consigned items thru fire, theft, vandalism, natural disaster or in store damage. Any item(s) deemed unsellable by Threads Consignment staff will be donated without notification to consignor. Initial:_______
By signing this contract, Consignor agrees to all terms and certifies that all items brought in for consignment are owned by consignor with the rights to sell said items. Initial:_______

1. I want Threads Consignment Inc to donate any unsold or rejected items to local charities.

2. I want unsold items returned and agree to appear in person to reclaim any unsold items between 55-60 days of consignment with no notification from Threads Consignment Inc.
I acknowledge that should I fail to pick up within that time frame I forfeit ownership to Threads Consignment Inc.
Terms and Conditions
This agreement describes the terms and conditions by which Threads Consignment Inc offers you (hereby referred to as “the User”) access to its services. By using the services on Threads Consignment Inc’s website and in-store you are agreeing to the following terms.

Changes to Terms & Conditions:Be informed that Threads Consignment Inc. reserves the right to modify the Contract/Agreement at any time at Threads Consignment Inc’s sole discretion by posting the modified terms on the Site. All modified terms will be immediately effective upon their posting on the Site. Your continued use of Threads Consignment services after any posting of modifications and amendments to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such Agreement changes. If you do not accept any modifications and amendments to the Agreement, do not continue to access the Site or use in-person services and features.

ITEM CONDITION
All items are sold as-is, where-is Threads Consignment Inc representatives are expected to do their best to find any damage however missed defects does not imply that the item is in perfect or new condition. Most of the items sold are used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.

FORFEITURE OF ITEMS
Any items not paid or not picked up during the specified pick up time will be forfeited by the Buyer UNLESS a new pickup time has been scheduled 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled pickup time. Threads Consignment Inc representatives, at their sole discretion, may re-offer the items or donate them to a charity of the Seller’s choosing.
TERMINATION
Threads Consignment Inc may terminate, change, suspend, add-to or discontinue any aspect of the Contract/Agreement or its service offerings at any time, in its sole discretion, and without any liability to any user. Threads Consignment Inc has the sole right to terminate or suspend any Consignor that does not follow the terms of use.
